Desk spaces cost £160 (inc VAT) per month all-in: no extras for business rates, utilities, service charges or the fastest broadband in Hastings! £30 moving in fee is payable for setting up a door fob and internet connection. Sub-let on the Old Bakers floor in Rock House with additional space available at a rate to be agreed.
Rent is payable a month in advance. Minimum three-month contract then a notice period of one calendar month.
